Terms of Service
These terms cover what ecvision does, what you pay for it, and how either of us can end the arrangement.
Last updated 13 October 2026. Ecvision by Teeinblue is operated by TEEINBLUE PTE. LTD. (UEN 202447602Z), 3 Coleman Street, #03-24, Peninsula Shopping Complex, Singapore 179804.
1.Who you are contracting with
ecvision is operated by TEEINBLUE PTE. LTD. (UEN 202447602Z), a private company limited by shares registered in Singapore at 3 Coleman Street, #03-24, Peninsula Shopping Complex, Singapore 179804, trading as Ecvision by Teeinblue. In these terms “we” and “us” mean that company, and “you” means the person or business using the service.
Payments are taken by Polar Software Inc. acting as Merchant of Record. Polar is the seller on your invoice and will appear on your card statement. We never see or store your card details.
2.What the service does
ecvision collects publicly available information about online stores you name — their catalogue and prices, the ads their brand pages publish, their public social accounts, and third-party traffic estimates — and presents it in one place, with the source of each figure stated.
- We read public storefronts and public advertising libraries. We do not ask for, and cannot access, your Shopify admin account.
- We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of Shopify, Meta, or any platform we read.
- On a paid plan, collection runs on a schedule, and which schedule depends on the plan — see clause 4. On the Free plan collection is paused: nothing new is read, and you see what was collected as it stood when your trial or plan ended. Nothing in the product is live or real-time, and every screen states when it was captured.
- Figures that are third-party estimates — traffic and revenue in particular — are labelled as estimates and are not measurements.
3.Accounts and workspaces
Access is organised around a workspace: one merchant, their own store, and the competitors they track. Accounts are currently created by us on request rather than by self-service sign-up.
- The workspace owner is the only person who can change the plan or the payment method.
- Members you invite can read everything in the workspace and cannot change billing.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for what happens under your account.
- One subscription covers one workspace. A second workspace is a second subscription.
4.The plans, and what they include
There are three self-serve plans, and each is billed per workspace. Free costs nothing, and on it collection is paused: nothing new is read, and you see the board as it stood when your trial or plan ended, with no history behind it, the eight newest creatives withheld on the ads page, and no AI chat or MCP access. Nothing already collected is deleted, and a paid plan resumes collection. Starter is $20 per month and covers your own store plus five competitors, with three months of history. Growth is $60 per month and covers ten competitors with six months of history, for a team sharing one workspace.
- On Free nothing is scanned. The ads page withholds the eight newest creatives, under every sort; every other ad collected before the pause is there.
- Starter scans on our schedule. We do not commit to a frequency on it, and you cannot set one.
- Growth is the plan where you choose the scan frequency, as often as daily, and where you can submit feature requests rather than only read the public list.
- Starter includes one MCP harness; Growth includes four, one for each assistant we support.
Competitor limits are enforced when you add a store, not by quietly dropping collection from one you already have. Pro and Enterprise exist, but they are arranged with us directly and are not sold on the site — if you need more than Growth, write to us and we will price it.
5.The trial
A new workspace starts with a two-day trial, and no payment card is needed to begin it. Adding a card before those two days are up extends that same window to seven days in total — it is one clock stretched, not a second trial starting over, and it is not on offer once the two days have lapsed. Four things are true of it, and we would rather you read them here than discover them:
- Without a card, the trial simply stops after the second day and the workspace drops to the Free plan. There is nothing to charge, so nothing is charged and nothing converts.
- With a card, a subscription is created at Polar and converts to a paid month at the end of the seventh day, unless you cancel before then.
- You can cancel at any point during the trial. Cancel before it converts and you are not charged at all.
- You can end the trial early and start a paid plan whenever you like. The no-card trial is given once, when a workspace is created; it does not restart.
6.Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time, from Settings → Billing inside the product or from the Polar customer portal linked there. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
- There is nothing to cancel during the no-card trial: no card was taken, so it simply ends and the workspace drops to Free. If you added a card, cancel before the seventh day and you are not charged at all.
- Cancel during a paid month and you keep full access until the end of that month. Nothing is deleted at the moment you cancel.
- We do not refund part of a month that has already started. There is no minimum term, so the most you are ever committed to is the month you are in.
- If you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, or a charge after a cancellation we failed to process — write to us and we will have Polar refund it in full.
Refunds, when due, are issued by Polar to the original payment method. Any statutory right of withdrawal you have under your local consumer law applies in addition to this clause and is not limited by it.
7.If a payment fails
A failed card does not cut off your access on the day it fails. Polar retries it over several days, and your workspace keeps working while they do — a card that expires mid-month should not cost you the month. If the retries end without a successful payment, the subscription ends and access reverts to what an unsubscribed workspace has.
8.Changing plan, and what happens to your data
If you move to a plan that allows fewer competitors than you are tracking, we pause the most recently added stores over the limit. We name which ones.
Pausing stops future collection for that store. It does not delete the store or anything already collected under it, and raising the limit again brings it back. We do not delete collected history as a consequence of a downgrade.
9.What you may not do
- Resell, redistribute or publish the collected data as a dataset or a competing product.
- Share one workspace's access across businesses that are not yours.
- Scrape, crawl or automate the product outside the API access we give you.
- Use the service to harass a named individual, or to attempt to identify individuals behind the public accounts we read.
- Use it for anything unlawful where you are.
We can suspend an account that does any of these, and will tell you why when we do.
10.Availability and accuracy
We do not offer an uptime guarantee. The product depends on public sources that can change their structure, restrict access, or stop publishing without notice; when one does, the affected figures state their absence rather than being filled in with an estimate.
We take accuracy seriously and every figure names its source, but we do not warrant that third-party data is correct or complete. If you find a wrong number, tell us — we correct it or we take it down.
11.Ownership
We own the product, its software and its presentation. You own the inputs you give us — your store, your competitor set, your settings — and you may export what you can see. The underlying public data belongs to whoever published it; nothing here transfers rights in it to either of us.
12.Liability
ecvision is a decision-support tool built on third-party public data. It is not advice, and we are not liable for commercial decisions taken on the strength of it.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13.Changes to these terms and to the price
We may change these terms. If a change materially affects you we will say so by email before it takes effect.
We may change the price. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for, and we will tell you before it applies to your renewal. If you do not want the new price, cancel before that renewal.
14.Ending the arrangement
You can stop at any time by cancelling. We can end an account for a breach of clause 9, or with 30 days’ notice and a pro-rata refund of any period paid beyond the end date if we discontinue the service.
15.Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
